Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and offline) to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content across multiple platforms.

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities and competitor activities.

  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions and product launches.

  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and newsletters.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports on ROI and KPIs.

  • Maintain relationships with external vendors, media and advertising agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with B2B/B2C marketing.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools.

  • Basic graphic designing and video editing skills.
