The Opportunity

Want to be the glue that holds product development together at a scaling fintech? We're looking for our first dedicated Product Manager who will bridge the gap between all stakeholders and ensure seamless feature execution.

This isn't your typical junior PM role - you'll work directly with our CTO, account executives, and technical teams to turn stakeholder feedback into product reality. You'll be the central nervous system of our product development process.

Your Day-to-Day

Stakeholder Management & Feedback Collection
:

  • Centralize all product feedback from sales, customer success, and technical teams
  • Work directly with account executives to understand client needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with our product marketing manager to align on messaging and positioning
  • Sit in on client demos and extract actionable product insights

Product Analytics & Insights
:

  • Master tools like Mixpanel, Miro, and Asana to track product performance
  • Create dashboards and reports that inform product decisions
  • Use AI tools to enhance productivity and generate insights
  • Analyze user behavior and identify optimization opportunities

Feature Planning & Execution
:

  • Ensure all feature requirements are technically defined and prioritized
  • Keep product releases on track and coordinate with development teams
  • Manage product roadmap execution and communicate progress to stakeholders

Cross-functional Collaboration
:

  • Bridge communication between Barcelona headquarters and Pakistan technical team
  • Collaborate with sales team on product positioning
  • Work with customer success to understand user experience and pain points
  • Support product launches and go-to-market activities

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 2+ years of product management or related experience
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with tools like Asana, Miro, Notion
  • Self-motivated with a future-forward and AI-heavy approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex feedback
  • Structured thinking and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Highly Preferred:

  • Experience in growing startups or scale-up environments
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Experience with SaaS products or fintech (nice to have, not required)
  • Comfort with AI tools for productivity and analysis
