Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for an Information Technology Associate. The Information Technology Associate will be able to resolve networking and hardware issues. Trouble shooting: how to stop a laptop/desktop from "mysteriously not connecting." Able to execute day-to-day IT support, manage networking and hardware maintenance. Hands-on Experience of Windows Installation and Software Installations. Hands-on experience of software system to check online availability of our team to remain productive.

Qualifications

· At least 6 Months to 2 years prior experience.

· Strong Excel, Software, Networking, ERP systems, and communication.

· Analytical, organized, detail oriented, and a good team player.

· Minimum Qualification: Should be BS Computer Science.
