About the Role

As a PPC Specialist, you'll manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and other platforms to deliver outstanding results for clients. You'll play a key role in campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis, working closely with account managers, creatives, and clients directly. This is a fast-paced, analytical role where you'll be empowered to drive measurable growth through paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube etc.)
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing
  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Monitor performance, adjust bids, and optimise campaign structure
  • Report results to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and web teams to align strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience managing PPC campaigns (agency or client-side)
  • Proven success running and optimising Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Google Ads certification (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid channels is a plus
