Full Stack Developer
specializing in the
MERN stack (MongoDB, , , )
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high-performance web applications while ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain
    full-stack web applications
    using
    MongoDB, , , and
    .
  • Design and optimize
    database structures
    in
    MongoDB Atlas
    for efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement
    secure RESTful APIs
    and integrate third-party services as needed.
  • Ensure application
    responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
    .
  • Collaborate with
    designers, product managers, and other developers
    to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize
    existing applications
    for better performance and stability.
  • Deploy applications using
    CI/CD pipelines
    and cloud-based services.
  • Write
    clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
    following industry best practices.
  • Deploy React-based websites and applications on Apache Handler for Windows Server 2022.
  • Knowledge of PKI Validation and SSL Certificate management.
  • Should have good knowledge of cPanel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
    as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the
    MERN stack
    .
  • Proficiency in

    , including hooks, state management, and styling with
    Tailwind CSS
    .
  • Experience with
    authentication & security
    mechanisms, including
    JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth, and AD.
  • Strong understanding of
    database design & optimization
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Git/GitHub
    ,
    CI/CD pipelines
    , and deployment workflows.
  • Ability to work in an
    agile environment
    and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Qualification
    BCS or a Bachelor's
    in a relevant field
  • The ideal candidate should be open to working beyond regular office hours when required. This includes occasional evenings or weekends to meet project deadlines or support international clients across different time zones.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Firebase, or Digital Ocean).
  • Knowledge of
    microservices architecture
    and
    Docker/Kubernetes

  • Understanding of
