We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Full Stack Developer (MEAN/MERN)
with
excellent communication skills
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
at least 4 years of hands-on experience
in full stack development using either the MEAN or MERN stack and will play a key role in both
technical development
and
client-facing activities
, including
project assessments and regular client calls
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using MEAN or MERN stack.
  • Participate in
    client calls
    to gather requirements, provide updates, and handle technical discussions.
  • Lead
    technical assessments
    , feasibility analysis, and solution proposals for new projects.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, database schemas, and responsive front-end components.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a full stack developer using
    MEAN (MongoDB, , Angular, )
    or
    MERN (MongoDB, , React, )
    stack.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks/libraries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – must be comfortable interacting directly with clients.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and third-party API integration.
  • Experience with Git, version control, and deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Experience with database design and performance tuning for MongoDB.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
