Mahir Company is Pakistan's leading home services platform, providing AC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and cleaning solutions to thousands of customers. We are expanding our operations in Karachi and looking for a
Vendor Onboarding & Relations Executive
to build and manage a reliable pool of professional service providers.

The role will focus on
identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
, ensuring service quality and loyalty, and helping scale Mahir Company's services across Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and recruit
    skilled vendors/technicians
    (AC technicians, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, cleaners).
  • Verify vendor credentials (diploma, certifications, licenses) and conduct background checks.
  • Facilitate onboarding, including orientation about Mahir Company's service standards, app usage, and customer policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for service quality improvement.
  • Monitor vendor performance (punctuality, quality of service, customer feedback).
  • Resolve disputes and handle vendor grievances effectively.
  • Coordinate with
    City Operations Lead
    and
    Quality Control Officer
    to ensure smooth field operations.
  • Develop strategies for scaling vendor network based on service demand.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in
    AC Technology, Electrical, or related technical field
    (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in facility management, operations, or field supervision (home services, maintenance, or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle field operations and vendor issues independently.
  • Problem-solving attitude with customer service orientation.
  • Based in Karachi, with knowledge of city areas and local technician networks.
