Work Hours: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Lead with prior exposure to U.S.-based procurement processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing cycle, handling maintenance-related procurement needs, and ensuring efficient vendor management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in alignment with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of supplies, equipment, and services to meet organizational needs.

Handle maintenance-related procurement by sourcing reliable vendors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and service-level agreements.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Track and monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices to maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelines.

Ensure compliance with U.S. procurement standards and organizational policies. Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.

Identify and onboard new vendors to expand supplier options and reduce dependency on single sources.

Resolve supplier disputes or performance issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably with U.S.-based operations.

Strong knowledge of vendor management, purchasing cycles, and contract negotiations.

Experience handling maintenance and facilities-related procurement is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours.
