Jaldi is a Dubai-based SaaS startup making sales ridiculously simple for SME sales teams across emerging markets.

Sales teams are the engine of small businesses. We believe they deserve tools that are fast, intuitive, and built for the realities of their day-to-day hustle.

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives on volume, follow-ups, and hitting hard numbers. You'll work our MENA pipeline; prospecting, calling leads, qualifying them, and setting the stage for conversions.

If you're hungry, persuasive, and ready to dial until deals close, this role gives you the platform to prove it, with a competitive base and uncapped commission to match.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting by building lists of target customers and industry verticals
  • Calling outbound leads every day
  • Qualifying prospects and pushing them down the sales funnel
  • Following up via calls, WhatsApps & email -
    no lead gets cold
  • Updating CRM records and ensuring no lead slips through
  • Working with Account Executives to make sure leads are moved to conversions
  • Hitting weekly and monthly activity targets—calls, follow-ups, and qualified leads
  • Giving product demos and pitching Jaldi to prospective clients

Practical Requirements

  • Based in Karachi (Hybrid role)
  • Have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, customer success, or client-facing roles
  • Are fluent in English and Urdu (Arabic is a plus, not required)
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Own a laptop and have stable WiFi for remote work
  • Experience working with clients in the UAE or the broader GCC

Nice to Have

  • Additional language competency, especially Arabic
  • Prior work in SaaS or tech-driven sales teams
  • Experience selling to real estate, immigration, or finance sectors
  • Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, Hubspot, or any CRM
  • Familiar with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
