Job Description:

Khan Continental Hotel and Restaurant are looking for an experienced and skilled Front Desk Officer to join our team. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing reservations and check-ins/check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring that the front desk operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payments
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest activity
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times
  • Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
