Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth, efficient, and organized movement of Raw, packaging, and Finished Goods within a warehouse or external warehouse by overseeing the processes of receiving in ERP (SAP), storing, and direct dispatching of warehouse stocks with proper documentation. This role also involves maintaining accurate inventory records by performing the daily inventory verification process, sorting, and storage the stocks in a safe, clean, and orderly working environment.

Job Description:

• Receive warehouse stock into the warehouse and accurately record them in the ERP system (SAP) and prepare and dispatch warehouse stocks as per delivery schedules with complete documentation.
• Wrap, stage, and store the Export finished goods in designated areas, ensuring with proper labelling, packing list.
• Handling of mobile lifting equipment's (Trolleys, Stacker, Forklift Truck and Mobile Ramp).
• Conduct daily inventory verification and contribute to achieving quarterly stock count KPIs through accurate record-keeping and reporting and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP system.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, storage, and dispatch and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in loading of warehouse stocks using appropriate equipment, and process also collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics).
• To ensure timely stock movement and fulfill the monthly KPI.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers and report any order discrepancies or issues to management ASAP.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:

• Intermediate/Graduated
• 1 to 2 Year in Warehouse Operations in a similar industry.
• Incumbent must have fare knowledge of Warehouse operations.
