  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal HSE audits across all departments and work areas as per the audit schedule.
  • Identify non-compliance, unsafe practices, and environmental risks; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and follow up on action plans for continual improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations (e.g., OSHA, NEQS, EPA) and company HSE policies.
  • Assist in developing and updating HSE audit checklists, procedures, and documentation.
  • Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions related to audit findings and safety standards.
  • Monitor and verify the effectiveness of HSE control measures.
  • Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Support external audits conducted by regulatory authorities or certification bodies.
