Position Summary

Are you a highly organized and driven individual ready to make an impact at a fast-growing EdTech firm? Join MENTISERA as an Operation Management Trainee and help us streamline the core functions that drive our mission forward.

This 6-month remote traineeship offers a hands-on introduction to operational management in a dynamic educational technology environment. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure projects run smoothly, processes stay efficient, and teams remain productive.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across departments, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and alignment with company goals.

Process Improvement:

Identify operational gaps and contribute to the creation of more efficient systems and workflows.

Resource Management:

Help organize schedules, manage digital assets, and ensure effective use of resources across teams.

Data & Reporting:

Gather and analyze operational data to create performance reports and provide insights for better decision-making.

Administrative Support:

Support meetings, maintain records, and handle internal communications and documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Prior experience in an administrative or operations-related role.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
