Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Chairman's vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, servicing, and fuel records.
- Supervise household maintenance activities (repairs, utilities, cleanliness, etc.).
- Coordinate and monitor home security arrangements to ensure safety at all times.
- Manage and supervise household staff (chef, drivers, gardeners, domestic helpers, etc.).
- Handle vendors and service providers for household requirements.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to the residence are carried out efficiently.
- Assist in event/guest management at the residence as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred.
- 10 years of experience in administration, facility management, or household management (experience in a similar residential role will be a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Ability to work with discretion, responsibility, and integrity.
- Flexible to work beyond regular hours when required.
