Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Chairman's vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, servicing, and fuel records.
  • Supervise household maintenance activities (repairs, utilities, cleanliness, etc.).
  • Coordinate and monitor home security arrangements to ensure safety at all times.
  • Manage and supervise household staff (chef, drivers, gardeners, domestic helpers, etc.).
  • Handle vendors and service providers for household requirements.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks related to the residence are carried out efficiently.
  • Assist in event/guest management at the residence as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in administration, facility management, or household management (experience in a similar residential role will be a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to work with discretion, responsibility, and integrity.
  • Flexible to work beyond regular hours when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
