VIZPRO FIELD SUPERVISOR

This position is responsible to manage and support a team of field employees, and ensuring tasks are completed on time, safely and according to the company standard.

Role Descriptions:

  • Oversee and support field team to ensure timely task completion.
  • Ensure tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor team performance and report progress to management.
  • Supervise merchant and agents registration via Jazzcash & Easypaisa.
  • Promote merchant financing in the market.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel & Data Management.
  • Excellent Decision Making & Crisis Management abilities.

Qualification:
Graduation

Experience Required:
3 to 4 Years
