Lahore Sales Supervisor / Field Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (BA/B.Com/BBA)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 3+ years of experience as Sales Supervisor or Field Manager (preferably in the stationery or FMCG sector)
  • Must have experience handling a team of at least 5–6 people
  • Excellent knowledge of Lahore market and distribution network
  • Must own a motorbike and a laptop
  • Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate field sales and order booking staff.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare sales reports and present market insights to management.
