VIZPRO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Database Developer (SQL Server)
to support our operational and business data processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing databases that store, process, and report critical financial and business information. This role will work closely with operations, finance, and management teams to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and timely reporting across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain SQL Server databases, tables, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Design and generate reports and dashboards for operational and management use.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards.
  • Optimize SQL queries and database performance for daily business operations.
  • Support data integration between applications and business systems.
  • Maintain data backups and implement recovery procedures.
  • Assist departments in data extraction, analysis, and custom reporting needs.
  • Document database structures, workflows, and maintenance procedures.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management
, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years
    of hands-on experience as a
    Database Developer
    ,
    SQL Developer
    , or
    Data Analyst
    .
  • Experience working in
    fintech
    ,
    financial services
    , or
    data-driven business environments
    is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft SQL Server
    .
  • Expertise in
    T-SQL
    , query optimization, and stored procedure development.
  • Experience with
    data reporting tools
    (SSRS or Power BI preferred).
  • Understanding of
    data structures, normalization, and indexing
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ETL processes
    and data migration.
  • Knowledge of
    data security and backup practices
