Assistant Manager – Recovery (B2B)
who can drive effective debt recovery processes while building strong client relationships.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Recovery Manager (B2B) located in Karāchi at our client site. The Assistant Recovery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recovery of outstanding debts from corporate clients, developing and implementing effective recovery strategies, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all recovery activities. The role involves close coordination with the finance and client relations teams to ensure the timely resolution of outstanding accounts while maintaining positive client relationships.

Head of Recovery

Timings:
9:30am to 6:30pm

Salary:
150K-200K

Qualification & Experience:


•   Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.


•    Proven track record of at least 5 years in managing recovery/collections, with preference for telecom or ISP background.

Key Responsibilities:


•     Lead and enhance recovery processes by developing and implementing effective strategies.


•     Ensure customer account data is accurate, updated, and well-maintained.


•     Engage directly with clients, including office visits, to resolve overdue payments and negotiate settlements.


•    Maintain detailed records of outstanding amounts and prepare recovery action plans.


•    Draft reports, notes, and memos related to rescheduling, write-offs, and delinquent clients.


•    Monitor overdue accounts, follow up on agreed payment plans, and escalate challenging cases to management.


•    Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing) to coordinate strategies for debt recovery.


•     Provide monthly updates to management on recovery progress and delinquency trends.


•     Take ownership of any additional recovery-related tasks as assigned.
