We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Recovery (B2B) to lead and strengthen our recovery operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in collections and client negotiations, preferably within Telecom or ISP sector, and a passion for driving results with professionalism.

Qualification & Experience

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recovery/collections management.
  • Telecom/ISP background will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize recovery strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer account data.
  • Conduct client meetings/visits to resolve overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
  • Prepare detailed recovery action plans and maintain delinquency reports.
  • Draft memos, reports, and notes related to write-offs, rescheduling, and overdue accounts.
  • Follow up on agreed payment plans and escalate high-risk cases.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing for aligned recovery efforts.
  • Provide monthly performance updates to management.
