We are looking for a passionate and skilled
AI/ML Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models from scratch. As our first AI/ML resource, you will play a key role in establishing and implementing end-to-end ML processes, building a strong foundation for future AI-driven initiatives across our channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms using
    Python
    .
  • Work on ML techniques such as
    sentiment analysis, regression, and predictive analytics
    .
  • Build ML models from scratch and integrate them into existing systems or applications.
  • Deploy and maintain ML models in production environments ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
  • Research and experiment with new ML techniques, tools, and frameworks to optimize performance.
  • Develop documentation and best practices for ML workflows and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and ML libraries such as
    scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
    .
  • Practical experience in
    model deployment
    (e.g., using Flask, FastAPI, or cloud platforms).
  • Solid understanding of ML algorithms including regression, classification, sentiment analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and version control tools (e.g., Git, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
