Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Onsite)

Contract Details: Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our Gen AI/LLMs project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for the Gen AI/LLMs project
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI/ML solutions that meet those needs
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis
  • Train and evaluate AI/ML models for accuracy and performance
  • Optimize and improve existing AI/ML models for better performance
  • Work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling techniques
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong understanding of statistics and probability
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a plus
