The Opportunity:
We are seeking 8-10 highly driven and skilled Sales Professionals to join our expanding team. We have multiple positions available for individuals ready to own the full sales cycle and contribute immediately to our growth.
Available Roles:
- Sales Executive (Entry/Mid-Level)
- Senior Sales Executive (Sales Specialist)
Key Responsibilities (Across All Roles:
The ideal candidate possesses a hunter mindset and expertise in the entire sales lifecycle, including:
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Proactively managing the sales journey from initial lead generation and prospecting to final contract conversion.
- Disciplined Follow-up: Building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent, scheduled, and strategic follow-up.
- CRM Management: Meticulously logging all activities, notes, and updates in the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline reporting and data integrity.
- Performance Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on sales results, forecasts, and pipeline status for senior management review.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success or a foundational understanding of the B2B sales process is essential. We are looking for candidates with a clear sales mindset.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Must possess superb written and verbal communication skills for professional engagement with high-level clients.
- Target Market Exposure: Opportunity to work with clients and target audiences across Pakistan, UAE, and the USA. Experience dealing with international clientele is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
