ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is hiring Sales Associates for our In-House US Team. No Experience? No Problem. We are looking for potential, not polished experts. If you have good English and want to learn how to make money in International Sales, we will teach you the rest.

THE "LEARN & EARN" OFFER:

  • Fixed Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 50,000 (Secure Base).
  • Commission: Uncapped. Our Juniors average PKR 70,000+ in their first few months.
  • Training: Paid mentorship on US Sales & CRM tools.
  • Growth: Fast track to "Senior Executive" (150k+ potential).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Learn: Master our sales pitch and US market psychology.
  • Call: Contact US businesses to spark interest (Outbound).
  • Qualify: Identify good leads and pass them to closers (or close them yourself).
  • Grow: Build your confidence and communication skills daily.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • English: You must be able to speak fluently and confidently. (Neutral accent preferred).
  • Attitude: Hungry, energetic, and willing to learn.
  • Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
  • Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
