Your Role: Take Control of Your Earning Potential

This role is your opportunity to be a key player in our global expansion. You will have the autonomy to manage your sales pipeline and the support to ensure your success, handling outbound sales calls and inbound inquiries to secure new international B2B clients.

What you will do:

  • Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns to secure new international B2B clients.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations and close high-value contracts.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through a data-driven and consultative approach.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and manage customer interactions in our CRM software.
  • Work a fixed night shift schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT.

This role is a great fit for you if:

  • You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in international sales or customer support (BPO/call center environment preferred).
  • You have a proven, documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • You possess professional fluency in English (C1/C2 level) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You enjoy the challenge of solving problems and have the resilience needed for sales.
  • You are available for a fixed night shift schedule.
