We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Intern to support our team in acquiring clients and onboarding digital projects from platforms like Upwork and other freelance or direct sources. This 45-day onsite internship is ideal for individuals eager to learn the ins and outs of business development in the digital services industry, with the possibility of a full-time job offer upon successful completion and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and bidding on suitable projects on Upwork and similar platforms that align with our company's services and goals.
  • Help draft customized proposals and presentations under the guidance of the business development team.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and assist in preparing accurate estimates.
  • Support follow-up communications with leads and help achieve lead-generation and conversion goals.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Assist in optimizing the company's presence on freelance platforms to boost visibility and inquiries.
  • Participate in virtual meetings, document minutes, and assist with client communication.
  • Look for potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or final-year student available for a full-time onsite internship (45 days).
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr is a plus.
  • Strong interest in digital services such as web development, graphic design, SEO, UI/UX, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or project management tools (preferred but not required).
