Role Description

We are seeking a
Project Manager
to lead the implementation of our cutting-edge, platform-based business process automation applications. This role is for a confident, client-facing professional who excels at delivering tangible business value by translating complex manual workflows into seamless, automated solutions. You will be the crucial link between our technology and our clients' success, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations for process improvement and ROI.

This is a full-time on-site role at our Islamabad location.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager's primary mission is to ensure the
successful, high-value deployment
of our automation applications, driving client satisfaction and quantifiable business impact.

• Own the Outcome:
  Take full accountability for the project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping through to successful deployment, user adoption, and final sign-off.
• Translate Vision to Reality:
  Work closely with client stakeholders to define and document the target outcomes. Ensure a clear understanding of the client's operational
  pain points
  and how the solution being provided will eliminate them.
• Manage the Flow, Not Just the Schedule:
  Oversee the project team (developers, quality assurance, configurators) and client resources, maintaining a streamlined, efficient pace. Proactively identify and resolve delivery roadblocks that could compromise the timeline or budget.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Communication:
  Act as the primary, professional point of contact for all project communications. Ensure all client executives, process owners, and end-users are consistently informed, aligned on expectations, and confident in the project's progress.
• Risk & Change Management:
  Anticipate project risks related to scope creep, resource constraints, or client change requests. Implement clear, simple processes for managing changes, ensuring they are documented and approved before execution.
• Quality Assurance Focus:
  Define clear success metrics (e.g., speed of resolution, reduction in errors) and ensure the deployed application meets the required quality and delivers the promised business benefits.

Required Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
• Proven Project Leadership:
  Minimum of 2 years of professional experience successfully managing full-cycle enterprise software implementation or system integration projects. Experience with
  SaaS or platform delivery
  is highly desirable.
• Process-Centric Thinking:
  Deep, instinctive understanding of business process design and the fundamental value of
  workflow automation
  (e.g., procurement, HR, compliance, operations). You must understand
  why
  automation is better than manual execution.
• Superior Communication Skills:
  Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and confidently with all organizational levels, from technical teams to executive sponsors. Must be adept at simplifying complex concepts and managing expectations.
• Delivery Methodology Acumen:
  Proven experience applying formal project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure disciplined execution and effective control over project scope.
• Problem-Solving Focus:
  A track record of identifying critical issues early and creating simple, effective resolution strategies that keep the project moving forward toward the desired outcome.

Desirable (But Not Mandatory) Qualifications:

• Certification:
  PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
• Financial Insight:
  Prior experience managing project budgets, resource utilization, and reporting on project ROI or value realization metrics.
• Change Management Experience:
  Familiarity with techniques for promoting user adoption and managing organizational transition from old, manual processes to new, automated ones.
