Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, production-grade smart contracts (programs) on the Solana blockchain using Rust and the Anchor framework.
• Integrate the core protocol with external on-chain programs, specifically a decentralized exchange (DEX) like OpenBook V2, ensuring seamless composability and interaction.
• Solve complex on-chain challenges related to Solana's memory constraints, including heap memory management and transaction size limitations.
• Implement and manage integrations with on-chain data oracles (e.g., Chainlink, Pyth) to securely feed real-world data into smart contracts.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the security, reliability, and correctness of the on-chain programs.
• Collaborate with the project lead to understand the protocol's economic design and translate complex financial logic into secure, efficient Rust code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining best practices for secure and scalable smart contract development.

Technical Skills:

• Core Blockchain:
  Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract architecture.
• Solana & Rust:
  High proficiency in Rust, with a strong focus on building for the Solana virtual machine. Proven, hands-on experience is a must.
• Anchor Framework:
  Demonstrable experience building, testing, and deploying Solana programs using the Anchor framework.
• DeFi Primitives:
  Strong familiarity with DeFi concepts and protocols, especially decentralized exchanges (DEXs), order books, and stablecoins.
• On-Chain Debugging:
  Experience debugging complex transaction failures on Solana, including issues related to compute budget, memory allocation (stack/heap), and account size limits.
• APIs & Integrations:
  Solid understanding of Cross-Program Invocations (CPI) and integrating with external on-chain programs and oracles.
• Tooling:
  Proficiency with the Solana CLI, Git, and other relevant blockchain development tools.
