THE ROLE:

As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Web3 and Backend systems, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of
enterprise-scale, blockchain-integrated platforms

. This position requires a strong blend of backend development expertise in
, extensive Web3/blockchain experience

(NFT marketplaces, launchpads, DeFi protocols),
modern DevOps practices

, and
enterprise architecture design

.

You will be responsible for overseeing technical lifecycles from prototyping to production while also actively participating in coding, architectural decision-making, and team leadership. The role demands hands-on technical leadership and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise solutions.

THE LOCATION:

Islamabad, Pakistan

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade backend and Web3 systems, ensuring scalability, robustness, and security.
• Lead technical design sessions and architectural reviews for distributed and decentralized applications.
• Implement NFT marketplaces, launchpads, wallet integrations, and smart contract interactions.
• Maintain a hands-on role in writing clean, scalable, and efficient code ).
• Drive DevOps practices: CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, containerization, and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Blockchain, DevOps, Frontend/Backend Developers) to translate business requirements into engineered solutions.
• Stay current with emerging blockchain/Web3 frameworks and enterprise architecture trends.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across backend services, smart contract integrations, and infrastructure.
• Mentor and lead development teams, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of experience in full-stack or backend development, with at least 3+ years working as technical lead.

Programming & Backend Development

• 7–10 years of backend development experience, with as the primary stack.
• Strong understanding of API development (REST, GraphQL), microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Proven ability to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Web3 & Blockchain

• Extensive experience integrating with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155), smart contracts, wallets, and launchpads.
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and blockchain APIs.
• Familiarity with decentralized storage and tokenomics design.

Architecture & Enterprise Solutions

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native, distributed, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with architectural frameworks, design patterns, and scalability best practices.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Strong command over containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Soft Skills

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure in agile and fast-paced environments.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
