The CFO oversees financial planning, risk management, and accounting operations, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations. They play a key role in strategic decision-making, working closely with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Strategy and Planning:

Developing and implementing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the organization's goals.

· Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.

· Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating financial risks, including those related to investments, operations, and compliance.

· Accounting and Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

· Cash Management:

Managing cash flow, investments, and banking relationships.

· Fundraising and Investor Relations:

Managing relationships with investors and exploring opportunities for fundraising.

· Cost Management:

Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

· Strategic Planning:

Partnering with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking for:

CA with 15+ years in financial leadership roles (5+ years as CFO / Head of Finance in industrial / manufacturing).

Experience managing finances for large-scale operations.

Strong command of corporate finance, taxation & ERP systems.

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking & communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs600,000.00 per month
