Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Generalist to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. The role will involve assisting with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and other administrative HR tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in managing attendance and leaves.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
