Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Closer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing deals across the USA, excellent communication skills, and a confident, clear accent. You should be comfortable handling virtual meetings with clients and prospects, managing callbacks from potential customers, and driving sales to completion. Experience working in both B2B and B2C industries is a strong plus.

  • Conduct virtual sales meetings and presentations with prospects and clients.
  • Manage callbacks from potential customers and convert them into closed deals.
  • Apply strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and finalize agreements.
  • Build trust and rapport with decision-makers to drive long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and the wider sales team to move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, negotiations, and closed deals in the CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on client needs and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Closer or in a similar deal-closing role.
  • Strong background in managing callbacks and converting warm leads into sales.
  • Experience closing deals in both B2B and B2C industries is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional English communication skills with a clear, confident accent.
  • Advanced negotiation and persuasion abilities with a consultative sales approach.
  • Comfortable running virtual meetings and demos via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in high-pressure situations.

Job Timings and Compensation

  • Working hours: 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday to Saturday.
  • We offer a handsome package where you can earn between PKR 100,000 to PKR 300,000.
  • Attractive commissions and allowances are also provided.
