  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail, courier, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain staff and visitor attendance logs.
  • Support HR and Admin departments with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and raise requisitions when needed.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and security teams for daily office upkeep.
  • Assist in event coordination, training sessions, and internal communication when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs40,000.00 per month
