Job Title: Female Receptionist

Location: Amin Hayat Memorial Medical Center (AHMMC), Pakki Thatti, Lahore

Position Overview:

Amin Hayat Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Female Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth and professional operations at the medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain and update patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
  • Assist in daily reporting and administrative documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, well-groomed, and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
