Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Karachi. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing field service, technical support, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and servicing IoT-enabled solutions, managing projects, and ensuring efficient operation of digital systems in various industries. The role requires regular communication with clients and team members to ensure optimal performance of deployed solutions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Field Service skills
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Relevant certification or degree in engineering, IT, or related field
  • Experience with IoT systems and solutions is a plus
