Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The role also involves providing consulting services on recruitment strategies and needs, while understanding organizational goals to attract top talent effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting, with the ability to source top talent through multiple channels
- Strong skills in Consulting and providing data-driven recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in conducting effective and professional Interviewing
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and maintain a candidate-centric approach
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
