ABOUT

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to generate and qualify leads in the real estate sector. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, handling property-related inquiries, and connecting qualified leads with the sales team. If you are fluent in English and comfortable working night shifts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:

Reach out to potential real estate buyers and investors through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Respond to property-related inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.

REQUIREMENTS
:

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Ability to work on night shifts (moonlight hours).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
