  • Maintaining Financial Records: Enter financial information into accounting software, update and reconcile company ledgers, and perform routine bookkeeping tasks.
  • Managing Transactions: Process invoices (accounts payable and receivable), complete purchase orders, and manage payments to and from vendors and clients.
  • Reconciliation: Verify bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts, and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts.
  • Payroll & Expenses: Manage payroll activities, release salaries, and ensure office expenditures remain within the set budget.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and annual budgets.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs20, Rs25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
