We are looking for a motivated
Operations Executive
with strong experience in
business incorporation activities
and a background in the
chartered accountancy or consulting industry
. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling multiple operational and client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee
    business incorporation processes
    , including company registrations, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Support operational workflows, ensuring smooth execution of consultancy projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments (finance, legal, compliance) to streamline processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to organizational SOPs.
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and operational documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
    in operations, preferably in
    chartered accountancy firms or consultancy industries
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    business incorporation procedures
    and corporate compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and client coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
