Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Islamabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate courses to help them achieve their language proficiency goals. Daily tasks include communicating with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and participating in sales training programs. The Sales Specialist will also be required to implement sales management strategies to meet enrollment targets and drive growth for the institute.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in Training and mentoring new staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Prior experience in the education or test preparation industry is a plus
  • EdTech sales experience ( preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
