We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Furniture Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service at our Furniture Showroom. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry, proven management experience, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage shop operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

· Monitor market trends and recommend new products to meet customer demands.

· Maintain store presentation, display arrangements, and product quality.

· Manage and train staff to ensure excellent performance.

· Oversee procurement, vendor relations, and stock management.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Requirements:

· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the furniture industry.

· Bachelor or Master's degree (MBA preferred).

· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Knowledge of furniture designs, materials, and customer preferences.

· Ability to achieve sales goals and manage budgets effectively.
