We are looking for an
experienced AI Automation Engineer
with strong expertise in
web crawling, web scraping, data pipelines, and LLM integration
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated workflows to
    scrape tenders and announcements
    from ~20 institutional websites (e.g., Islamic Development Bank, World Bank, Asian Development Bank).
  • Build a
    web crawler/scraper
    that can handle multiple websites/links and extract structured data.
  • Design and implement
    data storage pipelines
    using Supabase, Airtable, or similar databases.
  • Create logic to ensure only
    new and active tenders
    are collected (avoid duplicates or expired ones).
  • Integrate
    LLM models (OpenAI or similar)
    to automatically filter/qualify tenders based on given criteria.
  • Set up a
    weekly automation run
    to process new data.
  • Integrate results with
    Microsoft Office / Outlook
    for reporting and notifications.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements after delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    web scraping & automation tools
    (Python, Playwright, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or ).
  • Strong knowledge of
    databases
    (Supabase, PostgreSQL, Airtable, or Firebase).
  • Hands-on experience with
    LLM integration
    (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks).
  • Ability to design
    scalable automation pipelines
    .
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in
    data automation projects
    is a plus.

Engagement Details:

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week) preferred. Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Pakistani Time
  • Remote work.
  • Initial trial week (paid after confirmation).
  • Must be
    experienced (2+ years)
