We are seeking an experienced and creative
Social Media Marketer
to manage our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive brand awareness through impactful campaigns. You'll be responsible for strategizing, creating, executing, and analyzing social media initiatives across multiple platforms to achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling creatives and copy.
  • Run paid social media campaigns and optimize them for higher ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Monitor trends, industry news, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices to maintain high engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting and basic design skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating video content and reels.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
