Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Lead architecture discussions and define technical standards for projects.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in (Hooks, Context API, Redux, is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of , , and MongoDB (Mongoose ORM).
  • Experience with RESTful API design and GraphQL (optional but preferred).
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
