Job Overview:

Exotique is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Freelance Designer
to develop eastern wear designs for our upcoming collection. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense for contemporary eastern fashion, an understanding of digital prints, and the ability to translate ideas into production-ready designs and technical packs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    design concepts and mood boards
    based on seasonal trends, materials, and themes.
  • Prepare
    detailed tech packs
    , including front, back, and patch designs for embroidery, print, or embellishments.
  • Create
    digital print layouts
    suitable for production.
  • Develop
    accurate size charts
    for each design.
  • Identify and recommend suitable
    fabrics, color palettes, trims, and materials
    for each outfit.
  • Ensure that all deliverables are aligned with Exotique's brand identity and ready for sampling.
  • Work closely with the creative lead for timely submission and revisions (if required).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in
    eastern wear
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    fabric types, embroidery placements, and digital printing techniques
    .
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Must be able to deliver all final files and assets within the 2-week timeframe.

Compensation:

  • PKR 50,000 (fixed, non-negotiable)
    upon completion and submission of all approved deliverables.
