This role requires strong analytical and presentation skills to translate research findings into actionable strategies that align with the company's marketing and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consumer research to understand behaviours, preferences, and buying patterns.
  • Proactively identify and interpret emerging consumer trends and market shifts.
  • Design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research studies, ensuring timely reporting of results.
  • Lead and execute Brand Health Tracking (BHT) studies to monitor brand performance.
  • Conduct dealer and Field Sales Manager (FSM) based research to evaluate market dynamics.
  • Develop clear narratives, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings effectively.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in achieving strategic objectives through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and recommend initiatives based on research insights.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in market research, preferably in consumer goods/electronics.
  • Strong expertise in research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and visualization software.
  • Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
