We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to support the CEO in a hybrid capacity, combining executive assistance, business research, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of handling high-level tasks across multiple functions while maintaining utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on markets, competitors, economic trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in reviewing business and financial performance reports, providing summary insights and highlighting key indicators.
  • Support in analyzing financial statements, budgets, and investment proposals as per CEO's directives.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefs for internal or external meetings.
  • Follow up on key decisions, departmental updates, and business KPIs to ensure progress is aligned with strategic goals.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather data and updates for decision-making.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and analytical assignments as delegated by the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar cross-functional role (Research Analyst/Finance Analyst/Business Analyst).
  • Strong financial literacy with the ability to understand and interpret financial reports.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and highly dependable with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience in dealing with senior leadership and handling confidential information.
