We're hiring a
Social Media Manager
who can
create
,
manage
, and
grow
our brand's social presence. This role is
equal parts creativity, strategy, and execution
— you'll design, post, engage, analyze, and help shape the MailHike brand from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create
    scroll-stopping content
    across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter (X).
  • Design clean, high-quality graphics (using Canva/Figma) aligned with our brand identity.
  • Write short, impactful captions and posts (good English is non-negotiable).
  • Build and manage a content calendar — ensuring consistent, strategic posting.
  • Analyze engagement and suggest creative improvements — we don't post for vanity.
  • Actively engage with followers: replying to comments, DMs, and joining relevant conversations.
  • Spot trends early and adapt our content to keep us ahead.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to test, learn, and grow our presence faster.
  • Take full ownership of projects —
    no micro-managing, no hand-holding
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in
    social media management and/or content design
    .
  • Solid skills with
    Canva
    (Figma bonus points).
  • Strong command of
    English writing
    — clear, casual, and engaging tone.
  • Good eye for design, trends, and how to make content pop visually.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X platforms.
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter mindset —

  • Ability to work independently and deliver on time — no "checking in every hour."
