Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly versatile and results-driven
Senior Digital Marketer
to lead, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing strategies across digital channels. The ideal candidate is proficient in the full spectrum of digital marketing—from branding and content to paid media and technical SEO—and understands how to align tactics with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms with a focus on ROI and CAC.

SEO & SEM:

  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and search engine marketing to improve rankings and visibility.

Web & CRO:

  • Manage and optimize websites (WordPress/Webflow/Shopify/etc.), landing pages, and user funnels for performance and conversion rate optimization.

Content Marketing:

  • Collaborate with writers/designers to create and distribute high-quality content (blogs, emails, video scripts, etc.) tailored to various buyer journeys.

Email & Automation:

  • Design and execute email marketing, drip campaigns, and marketing automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze KPIs via Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc., and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Social Media Management:

  • Build and grow presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, with both organic and paid tactics.

Brand & Messaging:

  • Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all channels. Contribute to positioning, voice, and storytelling.

Collaboration & Growth Hacking:

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and development teams. Apply growth marketing tactics to scale user acquisition and retention.

  • Requirements:
    3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles (agency or in-house)

  • Strong grasp of marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Canva, etc.)
  • Proficiency with basic HTML/CSS, WordPress or CMS platforms, and UX/CRO best practices
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and funnel analysis
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or eCommerce marketing
  • Familiarity with APIs, Zapier, or marketing automation scripting
  • Video editing or basic design knowledge (e.g., Adobe Suite or Canva)
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) in marketing workflows
