Position: Amazon Virtual Assistant

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central activities, ensuring smooth store operations, optimizing listings, handling customer queries, and assisting in growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central account activities including product listing, inventory, and order management.
  • Conduct product research and competitor analysis to identify profitable opportunities.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, and images) to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor PPC campaigns, suggest improvements, and track ROI.
  • Handle customer service by responding to queries, feedback, and reviews.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, returns, inventory, and ad spend.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in launching new products and executing promotional strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar e-commerce role.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central tools and features.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO, and PPC campaign management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or AMZ Tracker.
  • Knowledge of Amazon FBA & FBM processes.
  • Prior experience with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, etc.).
