Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our team at our Karāchi office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. You will lead marketing campaigns, manage branding initiatives, and create tailored strategies to expand our market presence. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with creative teams to align business development goals with impactful marketing efforts, ensuring business objectives are achieved efficiently. Regular reporting and analysis of campaign outcomes will also be an integral part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales skills, including proficiency in client relationship management and identifying growth opportunities
  • Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, and Campaign Management experience
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media expertise, including performance marketing analytics
  • Strong Content Creation and Presentation skills across design, video, and copywriting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Experience in the advertising or creative agency space is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
